These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, gpgfigureworks.com (the "Site"), and your purchase of our 3D-printed and hand-painted products ("Products"). By accessing our Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms. By using this Site, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract or have obtained consent from a parent or guardian.
Changes to Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
Product Descriptions. We aim to present our Products as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of 3D printing and hand-painting, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
Order Acceptance. All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to availability, errors, or suspected fraud.
Custom Orders. If you provide your own 3D model ("Customer Design"), you are fully responsible for its legality and printability.
Pricing. Prices are displayed in the storefront currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. The applicable price is the one at checkout.
Payment. Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept payments via Stripe and other supported methods.
Shipping. Orders are shipped to the address provided. Costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
Risk of Loss. Risk transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our reasonable control.
Painted Orders. Painted figures may require extended processing time due to demand and manual work.
For international orders, additional duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
If customs charges are refused, the package may be returned, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

EU Consumer Rights. Customers within the EU have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.
