Shipping, Customs & Returns

At GPG FigureWorks, every piece is made to order, allowing us to focus on quality, precision, and craftsmanship in every detail. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production. After dispatch, shipping usually takes 5 to 7 business days.

We provide tracked shipping whenever available, so you can monitor your order throughout its journey.

For painted orders delivered to the United States, all duties and taxes are covered by us. For unpainted and standard orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be charged at delivery according to your country's regulations.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refund & Replacement Policy

At GPG FigureWorks, every figure is carefully crafted, hand-painted, and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. As our products are collectible and fragile, we've outlined the following guidelines to keep things fair and transparent for everyone.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged

We're here to help. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • clear photos of the damaged figure
  • clear photos of the inner and outer packaging
  • a photo clearly showing the shipping label (bill of lading)
  • your order number

All shipments are insured, and these photos are required so we can file a claim with the courier.

Once reviewed, we will offer the most suitable solution:

  • replacement parts
  • a full replacement
  • or a refund (depending on the case)

Claims cannot be processed without clear photo evidence of both the damage and packaging.

Returns for Refunds or Replacements

For full refunds or full replacements, the item must be returned to us.

This helps us ensure fairness and prevent misuse of our policy.

Condition of Returns

Returned items must:

  • be the same item that was originally shipped
  • not be intentionally damaged
  • not be modified or altered
  • be securely packaged for return shipping

Returns that show signs of misuse or intentional damage may be declined.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure the item arrives safely.

What's Not Covered

Due to the delicate nature of our figures, we are unable to cover:

  • accidental damage after delivery
  • improper assembly or handling
  • damage caused by dropping
  • exposure to heat or direct sunlight
  • normal wear or user modifications

These are collectible art pieces and should be handled with care.

Unpainted Kits

Unpainted figures and kits are sold as hobby products. Minor sanding, fitting, or assembly adjustments may be required and are not considered defects.
